The SanDisk Extreme Pro 95MB/s 64GB SD got 19.3 MB/s write RAW data on the 5D III. The SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB 90MBs 600X CF got 58.6 MB/s writing RAW data on the 5D III. In Rob Galbraith's tests all the SD cards were below 20 MB/s writing RAW and there was not a lot of difference between them on the 5D III.
